This online workshop will focus on the different checks that are regularly used in sporting roles.
We have FREE places available on the Ann Craft Trust online training, Safeguarding Adults in Sport - Essential Training for Club Welfare and Safeguarding Officers, for those working in these roles in Lincolnshire. This training includes how to identify concerns, respond to concerns and disclosures and how to create a safe culture within a sport or activity club setting in England and Wales. It is underpinned by understanding how we can create a safer culture.

Voluntary Centre Services (VCS) in partnership with Lincolnshire Community & Voluntary Service (LCVS)have developed a series of free Funding Ready workshops to help voluntary sector groups and charities improve their skills and information sources to increase the number of successful applications. The programme is free for voluntary sector groups and charities working in Lincolnshire.
The NPLQ Course is a pool lifeguard qualification event running in April 2025 at Meridian Leisure Centre. It includes comprehensive training in pool supervision, rescue techniques, CPR, AED use and first aid, with a pre-course swim test required.
