    This interactive workshop is designed to help leaders strengthen their club or organisation's structure and governance.

    Participants will explore key leadership and management principles, assess their current committee effectiveness, and gain practical insights into best governance practices.

    Through engaging discussions and hands-on exercises, attendees will map out their organisation’s structure, define roles and responsibilities, and identify concrete steps to improve leadership and governance.

  • Exploring how organisations manage and support the development of their young volunteers

    Join Dr Caron Walpole for this online webinar to find out about the results of research recently carried out by Loughborough University into the support provided to young volunteers by community partners. It will look at the different ways that community partners recruit and retain young volunteers, the different kinds of support that community partners give to young volunteers and the challenges and benefits of working with young volunteers. Finally, it will make recommendations for the different ways to support community partners in their future work with young volunteers.
