    This workshop focuses on building a strong and supportive volunteering culture within your organisation. Learners will explore strategies for enhancing the volunteer experience, from recruiting and retaining volunteers to recognising and rewarding their contributions.

    Through reflection and discussion, learners will assess their organisation’s current volunteer needs, identify key roles, and develop practical plans for engaging and sustaining volunteers effectively.

    By the end of the session, learners will leave with actionable steps to strengthen their organisation’s volunteer network and ensure a positive, rewarding experience for all involved.

  • Engaging Wheelchair Participants in Sport

    WheelPower (the national charity for wheelchair sport) understand that there are many people in UK communities working with people with physical disabilities, so developed a short online course to give you the knowledge and confidence in your own organisations. If you are a teacher, coach, sports student, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist striving to adapt your sports session for wheelchair participants, then this training is for you.
